This part can
be a little bit boring because it narrates how the relationship between John
and his father gets better. I think it gives you an important message:
everything can get tough in life, but you will always have your family that
will accept you and support you, in return, you have to take care of this
invaluable treasure that life gives you.
It surprises
how the experiences in Iraq transform John, he becomes more sensible and, now,
he is capable of understanding his father and he erases deep wounds made on the
past.
